UPER LOGIC – KURS PROGRAMIRANJA NOVE FATEK M SERIJE ( KURS 1 )
Uper Logic predstavlja centralni softverski alat za razvoj i implementaciju automatizovanih rešenja na Fatek PLC platformi. Dizajniran je da odgovori na sve zahteve savremenih industrijskih aplikacija – od jednostavnih sekvencijalnih procesa do složenih sistema sa više osovina, komunikacionih protokola i digitalne/analogne obrade signala.
Glavno okruženje Uper Logic-a zasniva se na ladder dijagramu (LAD), uz podršku za dodatne strukture kao što su funkcijski blokovi (FB i STL) i stručno definisane makro funkcije, što omogućava modularan, pregledan i skalabilan dizajn programa. Softver nudi intuitivan grafički interfejs, automatsko otkrivanje uređaja, detaljno testiranje programa u realnom vremenu, kao i napredne dijagnostičke funkcije, koje uveliko olakšavaju otklanjanje kvarova i analizu procesa.
Uper Logic u potpunosti podržava novu M seriju koja donosi veću procesnu snagu, povećan broj I/O tačaka, napredne komunikacione mogućnosti (Ethernet, Modbus, Ethercat, TCP/RTU, CANopen i drugi) i bolju memorijsku efikasnost.
Pored osnovnog programiranja, softver omogućava konfiguraciju High-Speed Countera, PWM izlaza, PID regulatora, kao i sigurnosnih funkcija. Kompatibilan je i sa Fatek HMI uređajima ali i drugih brandova, čime se postiže visoka integracija sa HMI i SCADA interfejsom u jednom radnom okruženju.
Zahvaljujući svojoj stabilnosti, brzini i bogatom setu funkcija, Uper Logic je postao ozbiljan alat za sve inženjere i tehničare koji rade u oblasti industrijske automatike sa Fatek opremom – bilo da je reč o proizvodnji, pakovanju, obradi materijala ili energetskoj kontroli.
UPER LOGIC
U sesijama obuka predstavićemo detaljno kako izgledaja okruženje rad i programiranje u Uper Logic-u, kroz konkretne module, primere i praktične zadatke. Pokazaćemo vam na koji način se mogu savladati ključne veštine programiranja Fatek PLC kontrolera, od osnovnog snalaženja u softveru do rada sa naprednim funkcijama poput High-Speed Countera, PID regulacije i komunikacije preko Modbus TCP/IP protokola.
Svaki kurs je koncipiran tako da polaznicima omogući direktnu primenu znanja u stvarnom okruženju, bilo da se radi o proizvodnim linijama, upravljačkim sistemima, HMI integraciji ili održavanju postojeće automatike. Kroz sledeće sekcije predstavićemo sadržaj modula, način izvođenja, trajanje obuke i ko sve može imati koristi od ovog znanja.
