Finder OPTA: Nova Era Programabilnih Releja u Industrijskoj Automatizaciji
Kompanija Finder predstavila je OPTA, inovativni programabilni logički relej (PLR) iz serije 8A, koji predstavlja spoj industrijske pouzdanosti i open-source fleksibilnosti. Razvijen u saradnji sa timom Arduino Pro, OPTA donosi novu dimenziju u oblasti industrijske, zgradne i OEM automatizacije.
Napredna tehnologija u kompaktnom formatu
Finder OPTA je opremljen moćnim dual-core Cortex®-M7 + M4 procesorom, koji omogućava obradu u realnom vremenu, idealno za primene kao što su prediktivno održavanje i automatizovano upravljanje. Uređaj nudi 8 digitalnih/analognih ulaza (0–10 V) i 4 relejna NO izlaza sa opterećenjem do 10 A, čime zadovoljava širok spektar aplikacija.

U zavisnosti od modela, OPTA podržava različite komunikacione protokole:
Ethernet (1 Gbit TCP/IP, Modbus TCP/IP)
RS485 (Modbus RTU)
Wi-Fi i Bluetooth® Low Energy
USB-C za direktnu konfiguraciju i programiranje
Ova povezanost omogućava jednostavnu integraciju u složene sisteme automatizacije i nadzora, uz potpunu podršku za Arduino IoT Cloud.
Tri modela – po meri korisnika
OPTA dolazi u tri varijante:
OPTA Lite (8A.04-8300) – Osnovna verzija sa USB-C i Ethernet portovima
OPTA Plus (8A.04-8310) – Dodat RS485 interfejs za industrijsku komunikaciju
OPTA Advanced (8A.04-8320 / 8A.04-832C) – Dodaje Wi-Fi i Bluetooth® povezivanje, kao i mogućnost programiranja putem Codesys platformeModularnost i proširivost
Uz OPTA dostupni su i ekspanzioni moduli koji dodatno proširuju njegove mogućnosti:
EMR modul (8A.58): 16 ulaza + 8 relejnih izlaza
SSR modul (8A.88): 16 ulaza + 8 SSR izlaza
Analogni modul (8A.26): 6 analognih ulaza, 2 izlaza, 4 PWM izlaza
Do pet modula može se povezati u nizu, što omogućava do 80 ulaza i 40 izlaza za digitalne varijante.
REZIME
Pouzdanost i sigurnost
OPTA je projektovan za DIN šinsku montažu i rad u temperaturnom opsegu od -20°C do +55°C. Ugrađeni sigurnosni čip ATECC608B omogućava bezbednu komunikaciju i OTA ažuriranja, što ga čini spremnim za industriju 4.0.
