FATEK HMI PANELI
Fatek HMI (Human-Machine Interface) paneli dizajnirani su da omoguće jednostavnu i efikasnu komunikaciju između operatera i automatizovanih sistema. Jednostavno programiranje: putem besplatnog FV Designer softvera koji omogućava izradu vizuelno bogatih interfejsa, dijagrama, animacija i alarma
Komunikacioni portovi: RS-232, RS-485, Ethernet – za povezivanje sa Fatek PLC-ovima (FBS, B1, M serija) i uređajima drugih proizvođača putem Modbus RTU/TCP
Industrijska otpornost: prednji panel sa IP65 zaštitom, pogodan za prašnjave i vlažne okoline
Povezivanje sa Fatek PLC-om:
HMI se povezuje direktno sa PLC kontrolerom preko serijskih ili Ethernet portova. Softverski se HMI podešava kao master (ili slave, po potrebi), a komunikacija se jednostavno definiše u PWS softveru. U praksi, najčešće se koristi Modbus RTU za RS485 vezu, dok se za bržu i fleksibilniju komunikaciju koristi Modbus TCP putem Ethernet-a.

FV Designer je zvanični softver kompanije Fatek namenjen za programiranje njihovih HMI panela, posebno modela iz P2 i P5 serije. Ovaj alat predstavlja moderan, intuitivan i moćan sistem za kreiranje vizuelnog interfejsa u industrijskoj automatizaciji.
Za razliku od starijeg PWS HMI Designer-a, FV Designer donosi savremenije grafičko okruženje, jednostavnije povezivanje sa Fatek PLC uređajima (FBS, B1, M serija), kao i bogat set funkcija za nadzor i upravljanje industrijskim procesima.
Brz i jednostavan dizajn ekrana pomoću drag-and-drop funkcionalnosti. Direktna podrška za Modbus RTU/TCP i Fatek komunikacione protokole. Ugrađeni alati za alarme, istoriju podataka, recepture i grafičke prikaze. Simulacija projekta pre prebacivanja na uređaj. Višekorisnički jezik i prilagodljivi fontovi za lokalizaciju. Primena u industriji. FV Designer omogućava korisnicima da kreiraju ekrane koji prikazuju statuse mašina, vrednosti sa senzora, alarme i kontrole. Svakom grafičkom elementu (dugme, indikator, grafikon) dodeljuju se odgovarajući PLC registri (npr. X, Y, M, D), čime se postiže direktna interakcija između čoveka i mašine. Prebacivanje gotovog projekta na HMI panel vrši se jednostavno putem USB ili Ethernet veze, a softver podržava više jezika, što ga čini pogodnim za međunarodnu upotrebu.
